Gtreat Problem with my GLE350 was an intermittent in the air conditioning. Intermittents are among the hardest problem to repair as it usually is not present Problem with my GLE350 was an intermittent in the air conditioning. The service department did not concoct an excuse or a rationale as to why they could not find the root cause. The technician finally found the wire that was shorting to the chassis and that solved the problem. Give him a lot of credit for persistence and not giving up. Cannot remember the techs name but he was very good. More

I just ordered a new GL from Rallye, and you may be asking why did I go back and there is a two part answer: John Ciccotelli - Service Provider. Noel Rodrigues - Loaner car arranger. Because of John I went back to Rallye for a new car. In the past 2.5 years when I need service or have a service related question John is in contact with me in just a few minutes, listening to my needs and requests and NEVER LETTING ME DOWN. When the car is ready for pick-up EVERYTHING THAT JOHN ARRANGED IS DONE AND DONE CORRECTLY. Not once was there an issue. It is pretty amazing not one issue is 2.5 years and I am not easy, yes, I am picky. Noel Rodriguez arranges the loaner car and when I first arrive he treats me like family, remembering my name and requests every time. These two men are rare in this day and age: never an issue and all work done PERFECTLY the first time. Because of John & Noel Rallye will keep me as a customer. More
