Rallye is the best. I took my car in for service. Once again, they accommodated me beautifully. I have recommended them to friends. I will continue to stick with Rallye primarily because of their service and because Ken V knows what he is doing. His expertise is bar none. When my friend complained she didn't like her service guy because he wasn't like Ken V., I told her to ask for a change. She did. Again. If I didn't live in NYC (you should see my bumper) I would have bought another Mercedes by now. But I can't risk it because of where I live and my time is spent going to the city. I used to be out on LI and my car in a school parking lot, so it was very different. I know that Rallye will keep my car in good shape for what I need it for, reliable transportation.
