Labor charge I purchased 2008 c300 4matic on 03/28/19. Car broke down 05/06/19 on my way to work 80 miles from home. Car was towed to Rallye Motors MB dealer at I purchased 2008 c300 4matic on 03/28/19. Car broke down 05/06/19 on my way to work 80 miles from home. Car was towed to Rallye Motors MB dealer at 9:30 am. Service advisor called me and told me that fuel line is broken and my GWC warranty doesn’t cover rusted parts. Parts was ordered and arrived next day 05/07/19 at 10:30 am. Based on invoice car was ready the same day at 16:14 pm. Total invoice was $ 2924.21. Parts was $ 67.02 and labor $ 2625.00 plus tax. Base on $175 per technician hr the total labor is 15 hrs. I spoke few mechanic about it and no one was agreed on it. Also on same time dealer performed safety recall on driver and passenger air bags. After all,I don’t complain about service done on the vehicle,I just want make sure that the 15hrs labor done by highly trained MB technician is accurate and complain with Alldata schedules Please explain Thank you Daniel More

T Played telephone tag with MB service center rep about finding a seat belt retractor in beige for my wife’s 1999 SL500 that has just 30,000 miles. The seat belt on the passenger side is in full tensioner mode and cannot be used because it is very uncomfortable and restrictive. The part is not available as an original MB part and no one is looking to resolve this for me. I have been loyal to the MB brand for more than 35 years and there has always been a Benz in my garage. Excellent Services always Two weeks ago could have been one of the worse days ever when getting a flat tire stuck on the road with no wheel lock key. My husband was taking me t Two weeks ago could have been one of the worse days ever when getting a flat tire stuck on the road with no wheel lock key. My husband was taking me to work when all of a sudden we got a flat. The air pressure went for 38 to 1. We couldn’t change flat because we had no lock key. We weren’t far from home to home so we got there and the tire was completely shredded. We called Mercedes Benz and they sent a technician, but he also did not have special key to remove the tire. He left and returned with proper key and changed to to the spare. We drove to Mercedes Benz in Hempstead where we received terrible service so I said to my husband maybe we should go to dealer we brought from and I service my vehicle. The decision to go to Ralleye on Northern Blvd was the best decision we made. From the time we sat down with Peter Alpy and Walter Ryder everything didn’t seem so bad anymore. They got us out in a timely fashion considering I had a flight leaving out the same day. We are so grateful and thankful for the service we received on that day from Rallye of Northern Blvd. I am never disappointed when I get my car serviced there. Excellent is an understatement for service ever received there. Thank you Team Rallye More
