Great Frustration I visited the Parts Department initially to resolve an issue with the fact that I did not have a nutmeg lug nut key for my vehicle’s tires (the vehicl I visited the Parts Department initially to resolve an issue with the fact that I did not have a nutmeg lug nut key for my vehicle’s tires (the vehicle did not have one since I purchased it). I was told that I would need to purchase a key and new set of lug nuts. That said, I have never removed a tire since purchasing the vehicle, so now that I was replacing the tires and needed the key, I didn’t feel that it was right to charge me for something that was never left on the vehicle or was taken out by the dealership and never put back. I then called the service advisor for assistance and she was able to resolve the issue by providing me with a key. This required a service appointment and I needed to leave the vehicle at the dealership for the day. Up to this point, I have not been happy with the service provided by the technicians. I had a recent appointment where I requested an oil service to be completed and the tires were not rotated. Furthermore, what was done and advised to me was that the dealership was ready to replace two tires and front brakes. I have gone almost 5 months and the brake sensor has still yet not signaled brake issues. It is unfortunate that the dealership seems to be anxious to push unnecessary services and parts. It’s all about the “money grab.” On a positive note, Lisa has been involved and responsive, when needed. More

LESS THAN GOOD While doing the inspection of the interior of the vehicle the technician left grease, dirt & damaged the plastic cover that goes on the AC unit.
