It was just a low beam left front light replacement. I spent 30 or 40 minutes in the customer lounge after my customer service rep had the bulb replaced and my car washed. What's not to like! all my concerns were addressed I went in for my 2nd service. John C service advisor listened to my other concerns which included a recent loss of the great fuel mileage I was gettin I went in for my 2nd service. John C service advisor listened to my other concerns which included a recent loss of the great fuel mileage I was getting along with a faulty trailer hitch electrical connection. Within a hour the mileage problem was found then corrected. The outside vendor who install the hitch corrected the electrical problem. I am pleased More

Rally always gives you 100% Always very satisfied with service I get at Rallye!! My daughter called for towing while I was out of town.
