Joe was friendly,polite and after some small talk most helpful with the issue of the car repair required. The price was acceptable and I did not have to resort to M.B. This was an emergency visit to repair/replace a flat tire. Upon arrival I informed your staff that I did not buy the car from Rally - yet they treated me like a king.
