Promised made unkept cost me over $200. Not good. They told us the car is ready. My driver drove all the way from New Jersey to pick it up. On arrival they said it was not ready he should return in 24 They told us the car is ready. My driver drove all the way from New Jersey to pick it up. On arrival they said it was not ready he should return in 24 hours. I pay him for every hour he drives for me and this was no exception. This could have been averted and wasn't. Cross me off the account list. I'll never service that car again at rally. I have two cars on Long Island. If this recurs w=ith either of them I'm totally gone.
