Rallye, as a dealership, isn't perfect, but the people there work at keeping me happy. Specifically, there are two people that have kept my wife and I coming back for over 20 years. Service: Ken Vachris - If it wasn't for Ken's honesty and professionalism, I don't believe that I'd use your dealership's service department given the higher costs for service. Consider that dealership service departments, in general, are not always known for putting the customer first. But Ken does just that, and he is so trustworthy. He knows that a long term relationship with a customer is much more profitable for the dealership than a quick kill. Sales: David Banco - Salesmen are there to earn commissions and for the dealership to make profit. That's the way it should be. But David is a straight shooter. He knows his cars, and when he doesn't, he looks up the answers to my questions. He does not just say anything to make a sale. He's a good guy and my wife and I will continue to work with him into the future. And like Ken Vachris, he knows that a long term relationship with a customer is much more profitable for the dealership than a quick kill.
