When the truck was delivered i asked the sales rep to take a snapshot of the odometer and send it to me which he did not! I also told him that the truck was not to be driven until I arrived at the dealer take a snapshot of the odometer and send it to me which he did not! I also told him that the truck was not to be driven until I arrived at the dealership later that day. When I got to planet Ford the truck had 18 miles on it but the service records from the wheel lock installation show 5 miles on the odometer!!! That means that either my truck was taken for a joyride or used by the dealership for a demo/test drive against my explicit instructions!!! What a bunch of jerks! I will never do business with Planet Ford again...period! More

We scheduled a service appointment for when my husband was on vacation, 3 weeks prior to our actual appointment date. We took the truck in and 8 days later, they still havent even looked at it and would n was on vacation, 3 weeks prior to our actual appointment date. We took the truck in and 8 days later, they still havent even looked at it and would not be getting around to looking at it for 4 more days. And then they would of had to get it approved by warranty co, then order parts, which most parts are on backorder and then repair it. They have no loaner cars and because they havent diagnosed it, we couldnt get our warranty to company to get us a rental car, so we had to pick it up and make another appointment at a better dealership. they looked at it in 3 days. Who can be without their car for 3-4 weeks?? More
