I had 2 recalls on my Lincoln Navigator. I called Planet Lincoln & could not have them help me because they were very busy. She gave me the Road Side Assistant 800 number & within 2 hours from calling Kelli my Lincoln Navigator was at Randall Reed Ford. Kelli called me & updated me all through the repair process.
