Excellent Salesman, but Extremely Disappointing Management! We recently purchased a used 2025 RAM 1500 from the Used Car Department at the Humble location. Our salesman, Luis, was extremely frie Management! We recently purchased a used 2025 RAM 1500 from the Used Car Department at the Humble location. Our salesman, Luis, was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the purchasing process. Unfortunately, our experience took a disappointing turn almost immediately after leaving the dealership. Within just FIVE MILES of driving off the lot, and less than 20 minutes after signing the paperwork, we discovered that the rear seats were making a constant, loud metal-clacking noise. It became apparent that the seats had previously been removed and had not been properly reinstalled. Because correcting the issue required an uncommon E-Torx socket to adjust the mounting bolts, we immediately contacted the dealership for assistance. To our complete disbelief, the USED CAR DIRECTOR refused to help us! We had barely left the dealership, yet it seemed that once the paperwork was signed, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. Thankfully, Luis went above and beyond to make things right. He personally offered to retrieve the necessary tool from the shop and address the problem himself. With assistance from a service technician, the issue was resolved in a matter of minutes! A huge THANK YOU to Luis and the service technician who helped us! Their willingness to assist was greatly appreciated and demonstrated the level of customer service we should have received from management in the first place. What makes this experience especially frustrating is that the problem was so minor and easily corrected. A simple willingness to help would have turned this into a positive experience. Instead, the Used Car Director’s refusal to assist left us with an extremely poor impression of the dealership’s management. Luis deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. The Used Car Director, however, could certainly learn a thing or two from him about how customers should be treated—especially AFTER the sale! More

I had the cam phaser repair done on my 2019 F150 and out of about 2 dozen quotes I received in Houston, Randall Reed's was the best quote and about $1500 more competitive than average shop in the Houston area (I checked dealers and independents). I highly recommend at least getting a quote for any service or repair (especially major) from this shop. They are also good about knowing what actually makes sense to take care of at the same time to more efficiently use labor hours to keep you out of the shop in the future without throwing the kitchen sink at your invoice. Ask for Rodney if you can. More
