Took my EDGE in for a noise, , they did many things maintenance wise, 2 days later got car back noise still there -$1601 in my pocket… Took it back, they now said the transmission was bad, would set m maintenance wise, 2 days later got car back noise still there -$1601 in my pocket… Took it back, they now said the transmission was bad, would set me back $6,000 Took car to Mazda traded in for new CX6. It’s importent this was my 3rd Edge… Anderson Ford was bad but Planet Ford is way worst… called Ford customer service in Detroit and the refunded me $640 Enf of story. No more Fords for me and you know my advise to friend and family…..!!! More

bought a 2021 ranger. it has a screwed up transmission, they know it but wont fix it. they told me to purchase a ford warrenty program and wait a month and steven said he it has a screwed up transmission, they know it but wont fix it. they told me to purchase a ford warrenty program and wait a month and steven said he would fix it then. they knew this truck had a jacked up transmission, and sold it to me anyway. lindi, a really nice woman that works there tried to help me get it fixed but steve, could care less,i cant stand any of the managers that work at randle reed , i do like lindi., she did all she could do. but in the end they handed me the keys and said , come back after weekend and buy a 100 dollar service policy and in a month steve said he would tear into and fix it, they should fix it anyway cause they knew it was jacked up when they sold it to me .
