Still not understanding how I was not approved financing for a 2024 bronco but approved for financing for a 2024 escape. They would not approve 84 months for the bronco, but offered 72 months with a paymen for a 2024 bronco but approved for financing for a 2024 escape. They would not approve 84 months for the bronco, but offered 72 months with a payment of $900??? They approved me for the escape at 72 months with a payment of $680??? Both vehicles MSRP were pretty close. I wanted to purchase the less expensive bronco, not the more expensive one. None of this makes any sense. More

Additional service sold at the time of purchase were not in service department system. I had a flat tires 7days after purchase and no assistance. Service department told me to call finance as I did 3 ti not in service department system. I had a flat tires 7days after purchase and no assistance. Had to deal with flat tire 2 days later else where which had coverage in plan sold. 7000 dollars spent on additional services for what . This was just a flat makes me wonder if a major issue accrued. I work less than 7 miles from your location which prompt the additional services for my convenience.
