I recently had a very disappointing experience with your service department that I feel compelled to share. I scheduled an appointment to address two issues with my 2021 Ford Expedition: An active recall for Powertrain Control Module (PCM) reprogramming A Customer Satisfaction Program for a one-time replacement of the Battery Junction Box Additionally, I asked that your team inspect a potential issue with the steering. I dropped off my vehicle early Monday morning, and Jose checked it in. I clearly communicated that I’d be leaving it for the full day and expected a status update by that evening. Unfortunately, I received no call. The next morning (Tuesday), I called for an update and was told by Jose that the mechanic hadn’t found anything wrong with the steering, but they were still looking into it. Once again, I heard nothing further that day, so I called around 5:00 PM. I told Jose that if the work couldn’t be completed, I would just come pick up my vehicle. He then told me it would be ready the following day (Wednesday). I waited the entire day Wednesday without receiving any updates. When I called again, I told Jose I needed my SUV back regardless of the status. He said it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was shocked to learn that in three full days, no meaningful work had been done. The vehicle had simply been parked. The battery junction box was not replaced, and the recall-related reprogramming wasn’t completed—despite this being a relatively quick software update. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering I own three Ford vehicles. Communication was poor, expectations were mismanaged, and ultimately, nothing was resolved. I’m now left questioning the reliability of this service department and am hesitant to return—unless it's for a warranty-covered issue I can’t avoid. I hope this feedback prompts a serious review of your customer service processes. More

I purchased my 2 nd used vehicle from here . Had both daughters purchase new vehicles. I had the worse morning. I brought in my 2017 ford cmax for its free oil change . Vehicle purchased 2 months ago. Was told by advisor that the right front hub bearing out and 2 out of 4 tires were showing steel and other 2 below specs . And needs alignment. I understand when you buy a used vehicle it’s used but when blue certified it is supposed to be checked with a bit more caution for certification. Was told by used manager what do think we have to keep fixing vehicle after we sell it . It’s a used car he said parts break but really 2 months later after first payment this month of may I need to come of pocket . Fine I will replace all with new tires have it alligned and fixed . But buyer beware they have no conscience or compassion after being sold not even a discount. So with this being said it’s sad that I will never buy or trade in a vehicle here again due to being treated this way . Planet Ford do better. Thanks Chris More
