Poor Quality and service! That should sum it up. Excessive wait times 2 months + for simple repairs, poor follow up and lack thereof, and incompetent work that almost immediat That should sum it up. They couldn't even correctly rotate tires; yes there is a big difference between rotational and non rotational rotations. Bottom line, I wouldn't return, not even to change a sticker on my vehicle, I have 0 confidence that they could even get that right!! More

In the collision area, there was no communication with me about timetable for repairs. I had to initiate every call. In the service area, my service advisor Steven Bishop is trying to do everything he can about timetable for repairs. I had to initiate every call. In the service area, my service advisor Steven Bishop is trying to do everything he can to keep me happy, but the moon roof repair wasn't done correctly the first time. It seemed like the little plastic piece at end of moon roof cover had a weak sticky substance. The part was ordered more than a week ago. Meanwhile, the rest of the roof cover recoiled into its slot, like the old window shades used to do. When the part comes in, I'll have to bring the car back in and be without it for another day. The collision repair took over a month. Unfortunately, I've had accidents with other brands of cars and was forced to take it to their shops. My collision advisor kept me informed every step of the way. Told me when my parts were in, how long it would take to complete repairs, met the time frame, and didn't have to bring it back for anything, My collision repair rating was actually a 3 and Steven Bishop's efforts brought it back up to 4 star. In the future, I'd use Planet Ford, Humble for service, but for collision, I'd probably bring somewhere else. More
