I would rate my experience a 5 across the board. I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Paul explained the car clearly and concisely. He never used the hard sell method and never talked down to me. I can not emphasize how important that is to a single female. Paul also made sure I understood all this technical items of the car. He has followed up to make sure there were no questions. I would recommend him as a top salesman at Ray Chevrolet. My experience at Ray Chevrolet was excellent with the staff being friendly and kind. The gentleman who did the financing( I am sorry but I do not remember his name) was also friendly, and knowledgeable. I will recommend Ray's to all my friends and family. knowing that there was an issue with our duallie we knew there would be some time need to make the repairs however, the specialist they needed to work on the part was there with in a short time and was able there would be some time need to make the repairs however, the specialist they needed to work on the part was there with in a short time and was able to complete the repair in an exceptionally small amount of time. Since the repair had stemmed from an earlier issue that they had tried to resolve there was no charge. With all that being said Kyle did a great job keeping us posted and up to date with any information we needed to be aware of. More
