Bought a new car in December told by the salesperson that the car should have premium floor mats but that they did not have them. He had me take the mats out of my old car and said he would have the new mats the car should have premium floor mats but that they did not have them. He had me take the mats out of my old car and said he would have the new mats in 2 weeks. Multiple calls texts online chats later still no mats after 4 months. Promises of return calls are always broken Today I was told by a manager that my car didn’t come with floor mats as part of the original purchase and was asked if I purchased them separately! More
