I had come in to have my tire checked as it kept losing air. So I spoke with Luis because he helped me last time I was there. I also needed to pick up a beach towel I had left in a loaner vehicle. He said they could take a look at my tire and fix it. I waited. Not paying attention to how long I was there he came and got me when it was ready. Apologized for the length of time I waited and I got the nail in my tire and my beach towel, and a car wash. He comped my tire repair, which was a nice surprise. He has always been so kind and polite. Your customer service is excellent. More

I called Rebecca about a vehicle and she said they'd hold it for a test drive for me. I told them I'd be there between 4 and 5 pm, as I was coming from downtown Chicago which is a 75-90 minute drive. After leaving and seeing worse than usual traffic, I texted Rebecca them to let her know my new ETA was 5:30 pm. No one replied to my text for the entire drive. When I arrived they informed me they had sold the car I had come to test drive. No one had bothered to text me back or call me, which would basic human decency given I had already told them I was driving a long distance to see that specific car. They just said "we've been really busy" and didn't offer me any condolences, apologies, or further explanation. Horrible customer service, I would not recommend working with this dealership. More

the Salesman was great, the only issue I had was the truck ad was not labeled as a demo, didn't see that it was a demo until the Salesman was working on the final paperwork.
