I have never been treated so bad, mislead and insulted before in my life dealing with a dealership for 2 days of my time. I came to purchase a 2019 Kia Sorento that was listed at $15,994 as an internet pr before in my life dealing with a dealership for 2 days of my time. After I had been pre-approved to purchase the Kia I came ready to purchase only to be told "OPPS" that was our mistake. Then I came back the next day and the price was raised to $19,994, but you then wrote it up for $21,994 when we were attempting to complete the paper work for the purchase. Then you insulted me by offering me only $1500.00 for my 2011 Impala LT. I was lied to, mislead and insulted by this dealership. The salesman was Marcell. I will never attempt to buy from this dealership, I will share this experience with my family, my friends, and my co-workers. Is this how you attempt cars? Now you have knocked my credit score down and wasted my time. I pray that no one else experience anything like this. More

I had no idea what was wrong with my car I had no idea how much money it was going to cost or was it totaled. Eric took the time to test drive the Tuscon and Sante Fe, and look at the things I wanted in a car. With nothing moving forward on my car Eric always stayed in touch with me just to say hi Merry Christmas or hope things are going well. During this time some of the models I would have liked were sold. But Eric kept up his due diligence and when I called to let him know I was ready, he had ideas for me. I have always felt like part of the family when I go in even for a oil change. It's nice when someone knows your name, or asks about you child. Very friendly, low pressure people.
