I like this dealership, and the service department is great. A little disappointing to see hardly any Kia K5s on your lot. Also, just a small suggestion that when we receive our invoice for the work done and the sheet that shows the inspection results, it would be helpful to have that printed in color since I know there is green, yellow and red designations. The one I received yesterday was in black and white. Overall, I had a good experience and my service advisor was wonderful! More

We were extremely blown away by your willingness to help us as we were traveling through Indianapolis and hit a large pothole which blew out our tire. We were in a bad spot on the interstate and AAA came o us as we were traveling through Indianapolis and hit a large pothole which blew out our tire. We were in a bad spot on the interstate and AAA came out quickly and changed out tire and got us out of an unsafe spot to change a tire. We have a 2024 Telluride with only a little over 7000 miles on it and didn't want to mismatch tires. A quick call to your dealership and your fantastic service department had the exact tire in stock and was willing to get us back on the road very quickly even while they were busy! Well done! We appreciate your willingness to help a Kia family member from out of state! Best wishes for a successful year and kudos to your service department. More
