I've worked with Doug nd Chis twice now on purchasing 2 vehicles and they are both great. Sales order price was the original dealer price not the sale advertised price. Dealer fees and add on fees wiped o vehicles and they are both great. Sales order price was the original dealer price not the sale advertised price. Dealer fees and add on fees wiped out most of my down payment. It took 4 business days and numerous phone calls to get paperwork copies emailed to me after the sale. (Paperwork that should have been with my purchase documents.) I do not recommend the service department there at all. More

Car delivered to me in south Florida needing alignment. Now my calls/texts aren’t being returned because they already have my money. They sold me a car that 2 weeks later I had to get my shop vac and suck out over 2 buckets of water and then they are going to tell me buy as is.
