Bought at Regal before and it was always open & revealing. They would openly point out dings or problems so we could make a good decision. I do realize they are not obligated to do that. It was an ok experience however I did not like paperless financing. No one explained the documents I electronically signed and also the amount that was financed wasn’t broke down.
