I was told by several dealerships close to my home that they could not help me out due to negative equity. John explained the situation to me and suggested i shop for new. He personally walked me over and explained my situation to Zach. Zach was very helpful and had me several options of vehicles that he could get me into. Cory explained each vehicle, he is Very knowledgable, He really knows his stuff. Zach was able to get me out of a vehicle that no one else would even try. Ted did a very good job explaining all the paperwork with me and following up to make sure i was completely satisfied with my experience. John Thornton called the next day to see how it all went and see if i was taken care of. I am very impressed with my experience at Ricart. The place ran like finely tuned machine. When im ready to buy again i will definitely be going to Ricart! More

No respect I have owned fords all my life i have fords ranging from the 50s to 2014 i recently whent to ohio form my home in north carolina to go to the Columbus I have owned fords all my life i have fords ranging from the 50s to 2014 i recently whent to ohio form my home in north carolina to go to the Columbus ohio ford swap meet as i was pulling my camper with my 2012 ford f-350 7 mi from my campground the intercooler hose exploded and i was stuck on the side of Hwy 270 exit 7 i called ricart ford told them what i needed told them my problem they had the part. I told them that if they would bring it 5miles down the road to me i would pay them well for the trouble they told me that all delivery drivers were out and would not be back till 6pm and then ohio dot show up thank god. He tryed to get them to bring it they said they would not bring it so the ohio dot took me the 5 mi down the road and when i got there three delivery trucks were sitting there not doing anything but i got my part and went back to my truck fixed id in 5min all thanks to the nice man from ohio dot he got a $100 tip for his trouble Ricart parts service SUCKS DON'T DEPEND ON THEM FOR ANYTHING More
Great sales profession / Horrible Finance Person Had an amazing experience with Johnnie Pugh (sales guy). He was patient, inquisitive, astute to our interest, knew his inventory, no pressure posture Had an amazing experience with Johnnie Pugh (sales guy). He was patient, inquisitive, astute to our interest, knew his inventory, no pressure posture and attentive. He worked with the outside finance manager to get an overall structure of the deal, located the lending institution I desired and made this impulse experience easy. Then the finance person took over (Michelle Hamilton). She was hands down the worst finance person I have ever met. She used fear tactics, was condescending, when we didn't buy her products and said "we will trust in god" her reply was "god doesn't pay your bills", and was rude and impatient. When she knew we wouldn't buy her products, she went as far as to key in the key cards for the warranty, dent and key programs that come with the purchase into her computer and then threw them in the trash. I asked someone afterwards what those were and they were supposed to go on our key chain, etc. Michelle Hamilton took what started as an amazing experience and tarnished it. I would recommend going to Ricart, I would recommend working with Johnnie Pugh........but if Michelle Hamilton comes out of the finance office to "help you" I would ask for someone else. More

We worked with Bailey and Sterling on financing, and it was the best car-buying experi My husband and I visited Ricart last week to buy a new vehicle. We worked with Bailey and Sterling on financing, and it was the best car-buying experience we've ever had. In particular, Sterling went above and beyond to find the best offer for us. We knew what car we wanted and Bailey made the process quick and painless. We ultimately ended up with a payment that was slightly (like $10) more than we were hoping, but it was fine - we bought the car. A week later, Sterling called to let us know he had found a different lender that would put us below the payment threshold we had initially wanted. What amazing service! Working with Bailey and Sterling was a total pleasure. More

From the minute I made the phone call, he responded with all the information I needed in preparing my 1hr and 45 min drive to pick out my new car. This makes the 3rd Mazda that I have gone back to Ricart for. The customer service is superior and is part of the reason I make the drive. Cullen communicated with me throughout the process from leaving my house to following up a few days later. Zann and Sterling also have great Personalities and knowledge! The entire process was quick and seemless. Highly recommended! More
