I am very disappointed with the length of time it took me, with an appointment, to drive up to the front of the line to drop off my vehicle. 1 hour on line, then another 30 minutes inside for a person to me, with an appointment, to drive up to the front of the line to drop off my vehicle. 1 hour on line, then another 30 minutes inside for a person to do the paperwork for my car to be dealt with. 9 desks there and only 2 people working. Not sure if I’d recommend your dealer as my experience was not great. My salesman, Daniel Guilarte, was great & very attentive & respectful. His manager, Carlos Alvarez, not so much. He never explained what my discounts & rebates were. I believe I didn’t receive my Costco discount. He even said that I had to pay taxes on my manufacturer rebate. However, I explained to him that, that statement was legally wrong. I was very disappointed because I am a loyal customers who’s purchased 3 or 4 cars @ your dealership. I still would like to know the breakdown of my discounts & manufacturer rebate & how they lowered my price. I am sure that I didn’t receive the full amount of discounts & rebates. More
