The most outrageous dealership I ever stepped in! From the so called “salesmen” at the front door to management they are all crooks, especially if a serious client is a woman. Avoid that place More

REST OF LETTER: I have 4 pages of notes from every person and conversation I've had, including the times they began and ended. Of all the conversations I had with all the people, the one that stands out the most was with Joe Benitez on 3/14. He suggested that maybe in order to make this whole thing go away I should buy 4 new tires. PLEASE. Back up and read that again. These tires are gorgeous. When I asked Joe if wanted to pay for the 4 new tires an awkward silence fell over the phone. THE GALL. THE ABSOLUTE GALL! I sent an e=-mail to the Rick Case Website detailing all my aggravation and got a call from Betsy Friedman. She told me that Carol Barbour passed it along to her. Well, that was no surprise to me as I had tried reaching Ms. Barbour continuously for 6 months after I had an issue with the general manager telling me that my poor service was because I unfortunately came in on the wrong day. SHE NEVER RETUNED A SINGLE PHONE CALL. So it's no surprise she passed the buck onto Betsy. I had nice dialogue with Betsy. She seemed empathetic and pretty much called me back when she said she would. After getting nowhere, I mentioned to her last week how foolish it was that Rick Case just didn't stand behind what they sold and the reputation you so covet, I asked her how many man hours (people hours would be more correct these days) were wasted between Robert, Joe, Jimmy, Carol, Betsey PLUS my time and aggravation. And for what? $126 + tax was the best they could come up with? That was a worse compromise than the one in November. I mentioned to Carol that since the car was already going to be up in the air they should throw in a free oil change for all my aggravation and inconvenience. (Like that might even come close. But I'm not a pig) She said said mention it. She got back to a few days later and told me the $126 was the best they could do and they'd throw in the oil change. I was not pleased. Told her so and that I planned other recourse. This letter is my final attempt to have the people at the top do what is fair and stand by what you preach. I am hoping my reasons and rationale are understood and accepted by you. If for some reason they are not, I will pursue other means to obtain what I truly believe I am entitled to. Most Sincerely, Mark Greenfield Just this morning Goodyear offered to replace my tire free of charge plus installation ($30). That took TEN MINUTES. Rick Case ripped my guts out for 5 WEEKS, while knowing I was driving on an unsafe tire. The above letter was sent to Rita Case and her 2nd in command, M. Riley on 3/11/23 and has still not received a reply. Goodyear is an American company based on Ohio. They answer their phones AND answer them IN Ohio. They understand the concept of standing behind their product.
