I like the price is what it is. I didn’t feel my buying a vehicle was a pressing concern as I was passed between 3 different people. I was told there was only one key for the vehicle so I purchased another one and had it synced only to receive the second key in the mail. $400 loss in my part. Also no drivers side floor mat. Was told it must have been lost so once again I had to buy one. Again. I didn’t feel appreciated when shopping. I do like the vehicle but customer service was terrible More

I was disappointed in the service I received. Juan did not seem to be interested in selling me a car. I was with my daughter. It wasn’t until I left and my husband called Juan that he was able to work out a sale. Not sure why it took my husband to make that happen. When I first arrived I had to go to the customer service desk and ask for assistance to see the car I ended up purchasing. Juan left me waiting with no explanation. I finally went back up to the service desk and was told financing just finished and Juan was on the other kit. I told them they had 5 minutes for him to get back or I was leaving in the car I arrived in. Juan came back and finished processing my car. He spoke with my husband and said he would throw in window tint for the front doors and windshield. I brought the car back the following Saturday to be detailed and have the windows tinted. Juan only did the front two windows. When questioned he said he never promised the windshield, but he did. My husband reached out about getting the front windshield done and he said he’d have to see because he had gotten in trouble for doing the two windows and had to pay for it himself out of his pocket. Personally I didn’t believe him. This is my first GMC, but the last 8 vehicles I have purchased always had tint thrown in. But whatever, we have since paid and had the front windshield tinted across the top. When I brought the car for detailing and tinting, Juan did provide a loner car which I did appreciate. I am a person who appreciates and expects service. I was disappointed but yiu made the same. The car is nice and I do like it. More
I had a great experience with Hiram Otero! ! The dealership keeps a large selection of trucks and got me exactly what I was looking for at a way better price that any of the other dealerships. !
