Questioning Trustworthiness This is my first interaction with this dealership and my experience has been stressful and extremely upsetting. I have paid for a repair that was ass This is my first interaction with this dealership and my experience has been stressful and extremely upsetting. I have paid for a repair that was assured to fix my problem only to learn later that the mechanic fixed something unrelated to the problem I described (I said the car fluttered when accelerating; he fixed something causing a clicking sound). I am now attempting to get those funds (over $800) credited towards the needed repair, which would make this dealership truly trustworthy to me. I have been told that the funds will be attributed to the new repair but this ordeal is dragging on and starting to make me feel as if I'm being taken advantage of. The customer service person has been friendly and respectful but a little unresponsive at times. Overall, I think she's trying to work this out. That being said, I really want to rate them higher--they were kind and they worked me into a same day appointment. I really want to find a reliable and trustworthy place for car maintenance. I'm just so uncomfortable and frustrated with this experience that I may always question their trustworthiness. More
2 1/2 hrs for oil change is a bit much I called and scheduled oil change and tire rotation for 10:00 AM. Arrived at 9:40 AM. Left dealership at 12:40 PM. Went to other dealers and felt like just another customer. But, here I fell like theyreally care about you and that your getting the best service you can. I have been going here for over 10 years and have seen the same employees for that amount of time. That says something about the company. Look forward in the next few years buying another truck from here as well. Give them a try and you won’t be sorry. More
