Wait forever for a very simple service to be to be completed on your car 3.I don't know what your process is but your customer service reps are not able to provide customer service. Maybe because the works going on off site and they're expected to run back and forth. Just guessing More

Amazing service department First of all, full disclosure, I didn’t buy my GMC Yukon XL at the Rivard dealership. But, it’s much closer than where I purchased, so I always take i First of all, full disclosure, I didn’t buy my GMC Yukon XL at the Rivard dealership. But, it’s much closer than where I purchased, so I always take it here for service. Carlos is my service advisor and he takes amazing care of me. I always bring a kid (or two or three) with me, and the whole service staff welcomes us and makes sure we are comfortable and on our way as quickly as possible. Often times, they go above and beyond by providing me a loaner car. Carlos even helps me load up car seats. Iliana has also been incredibly helpful and is most pleasant to work with. Carlos and Iliana are my Rivard dream team. Truly, this service department exceeds any expectations I have. I can’t imagine taking my GMC elsewhere to be serviced. When I find myself in the market for a new Yukon XL, I’ll be giving my business to Rivard, I’m that satisfied. Amazing service!! More

Worst service experience ever My car broke down 1 weeks after service with the exact same problem I took it to them for I took it to another shop and had it repaired in 2 days ,th My car broke down 1 weeks after service with the exact same problem I took it to them for I took it to another shop and had it repaired in 2 days ,they had my car for 5 days didn't fix my problem and charged me a small fortune I will not be recommending them ever. It truly is a buyer beware market I thought they were ethics😂😂😂 not even close they told me to bring it backto them and they would see what they could do....... NO THANK you!!!! But I really feel different when I made deals with Rivard Buick GMC, especially When it comes to car dealerships, I was not a huge fan of any of them. But I really feel different when I made deals with Rivard Buick GMC, especially with Jeremy Stroot. The experience at this car dealerships is the best and straight-up clear with everything. My experience here was marginally better than others, considering I was in and out with a new car within just 2 hours (you'll know that this is a pretty amazing feat if you've ever purchased a vehicle). I had called and texted and e-mailed some information they/I needs prior to visiting and was given a quote from the Jeremy which they ended up changing once to mutually agreed price I'm able to pay and can afford. When we arrived in person all set of documents was ready to sign. Deal was done in 2 hours. I wouldn't exactly say I'm excited about my experience here, but it was much better than you'd have at many other dealerships and certainly better than you'll experience at South Florida Dealers (e.g. Miami, Sarasota, Orlando even Jacksonville). More
