And it all began with the phenomenal Sales Consultant James Pileggi. His patience, knowledge, personable demeanor and gracious hosting of us was unlike anything we expected. Following the test drive and the consultation we vowed to return, and James never pressured us with a "sale now" mentality. Once we finally decided to purchase we returned as promised in December. There was James with that ever-present smile. Our return to Rivera Toyota to purchase the car just felt like home. My wife Eileen had her heart set on a specific exterior/interior color marriage for a 2019 Highlander Limited Platinum. James did not have one in stock. Rather than sell us what he had available he searched and found Eileen's dream vehicle. He kept us informed as to how the search was going and committed to getting the vehicle Eileen wanted...and he made it happen...in style. I'm a teacher and spent most of my summer searching for the right vehicle! It would have to meet the needs of my family as well as be 'cost effective.' James was/is a powerhouse of knowledge whom I've adopted as a son (he did as much for me as I know he would have done for his own mother) and Kelly was supportive and quite helpful as well!!
