Couldn't be happier with my recent Service experience last week at Rivera Toyota of Mt. Kisco. My Service Advisior Vilma Aurich was fabulous beginning to end. She was very knowledgeable and professional, last week at Rivera Toyota of Mt. Kisco. My Service Advisior Vilma Aurich was fabulous beginning to end. She was very knowledgeable and professional, Vilma kept me advised and updated as to the progress of my car while it was in the shop. The 30K mileage service was done and a few other fixes pertaining to the front and back mudguards was done perfectly. I would absolutely recommend Rivers Toyota to all my friends and family. Very impressed by efficiency and courtesy. The only little wrinkle was being quoted a price for oil change in the $80s and ending up with a bill over $100. I know that I got my money's worth, however, from all the checking on the vehicle while it was in for a recall. (I would like to understand better the anti corrosion treatment that was done.) I learned about a brake pad issue and the tire pressure was adjusted, for example. Being connected to service dept. by text was nice. And I got a day with a fun little loaner car! Thank you! Sales was OUTSTANDING, unfortunately I had to take it in for service because there were several things wrong with the car, two of which are still not fixed. Our Toyota Yaris will be going back for collisio for service because there were several things wrong with the car, two of which are still not fixed. Our Toyota Yaris will be going back for collision repairs and hopefully they will address the two outstanding issues, The touch screen work when it wants to and water is getting into the car when it rains, there are water stains and a musty odor smell now.
