John O’Connell was a truly a pleasure to do business with. He took all the necessary time needed to go over the vehicle and even told us to call him to stop back in to go over things again, there is so with. He never rushed us, never once took advantage of us. We truly appreciate the way he conducted himself. Introduced us to the different areas of the dealership and the personnel there.
