Made a reservation and on the day of the oil change was told it was going to take 2 hours because they were running behind. I received two text messages the second one was making sure I was coming and remi told it was going to take 2 hours because they were running behind. I received two text messages the second one was making sure I was coming and reminding me of the time to be there. Why couldn’t I receive a text message informing me of the delay time so I could either come later or change my date. You need to remember that the customer has a schedule as well. More

I love Rizza GMC/Buick/Cadillac have bought seven vehicles from them. Tony Rizza, Roy Somerfeld and Larry Papp are the Friendly Nicest people to do business with.
