Becky was very through and informative. I opted to wait for my vehicle and after approximately 15 minutes she came and told me that the mechanic working on my car said it would take longer I opted to wait for my vehicle and after approximately 15 minutes she came and told me that the mechanic working on my car said it would take longer than expected. she promptly gave me a loaner car which allowed me to complete the task I had planned for the morning.
