I arrived at about 9:30 for my 11:00 appointment, one of the gentlemen stopped and asked me what I was there for, I told him for the recall on the passengers airbag, he told me to pull right in, I went to the gentlemen stopped and asked me what I was there for, I told him for the recall on the passengers airbag, he told me to pull right in, I went to check in with John I gave him my name and he pulled up all my information, printed it out and me sign and he asked me if I was waiting, I told him know asked John if he would call me, said no problem it should be done before noon, he called around 10:15, said I would be right there, he told me to see the lady to my left , I gave her my name, she gave me my keys and I was on my way, everything went very smooth.
