The team works hard to solve problems and make the Buick run great again. There is a nice clean waiting room with washrooms and plenty of magazines to read. The Lacrosse was returned to us clean as they washed it when the work was done. People are very friendly at Rizza.

My experience at Rizza Cadillac has always been pleasant, that's why I've been using them exclusively for 19 years. I have always had good relationships with both the sales and service departments. For the past few years Mike Mikicic has provided great sales service for me and my wife. We have also taken others to see him because of the great service he provides. Rebecca D'Andrea provided me great service when I recently took my car in for service. She checked for any recalls, and informed me of recommendations for my current mileage. She was very courteous and professional, and got me out in less time than I anticipated.

Went in for a scheduled oil change when a engine light came on. A couple of sensors went bad. They had the parts and were able to have the work done in a couple of hours. This made me very happy seeing that I was driving to Cincinnati the next day for a bowling tournament.
