Do not take your vehicle to this dealership. The mechanics and service supervisor will have you replacing parts that do not need to be replaced. Our Jeep’s oil cooler cracked while on a road trip Thanksgiving weekend. Luckily we called the Rocky Mount service center and spoke with Taylor who was super nice and helpful.
