Jason the other sales manager called me back and offered me a full tank of gas and a oil change on my next sevice when needed to be done. Again I had to drive 22 miles round trip to the service deptartment to of course find out the cd player couldn't be fixed or replaced because Matt didn't have the car fully inspected before I purchased it. Also the seat belt buckle is broken on the drivers side, but I was too late in reporting this, it does still latch but I have to struggle to get it in. I'm totally disapointed in the service I've received and this is all they offered me back and I feel betrayed. Jason was nice on the phone but my opinions were only to accept the gas and oil change. As I told you today I went to the dealer to fix a mistake that you made again. I was attended by a very petulant and arrogant financial person. I also thought he made fun of me. I went for you to fix a mistake that you had made again . However, he told me that I had to talk to the financial company and compose the mistake you made with my name.. Thanks for reaching out the damage was done and reputation is ruined. Mahamad Ali another manager has offered me a free oil change. That'was the response to resolve this issue. It's clear and obvious that Toyota Roseville does not honor what they say. Not much to do about the situation now. I know others have had worse experiences then my family and I had. It's a lesson learned. Car salesmen have always had a history of bad reputations it's sad that Roseville Toyota mirrors this shameful way of doing business.
