Worth it! I needed an Infinity, and my Internet research led me to Roswell Infinity of North Atlanta, due to the higher appreciations I read about them. The positive comments about the honesty and professionalism of its team caught my attention most. Christian, my assigned salesperson, proved me to be right. Before and during the test drive which was quite a trip, he introduced me to the technology of the vehicle in a very knowledgeable manner. Beyond, he was very courteous, very caring, wanting to make sure that things go smoothly for me. He even made me a promise I almost took lightly initially, but when he eventually delivered my Infinity to me, and I when I turned the engine on, I could not believe my eyes: my gas tank was filled up as Christian promised me. It is good to know of this dealership as the right place to go for my needs. Thank you so much, Christian, and the team! More

Kristen Chernik promptly contacted me and informed me that the very specific car I have been searching for, she had! My search was a Certified Pre-Owned INFINITI Q50 Sport – Kristen was completely upfront in regards to any blemishes on the vehicle (which were extremely minor). I so much appreciated this cause many dealerships down play any imperfections just to get you in the lot. She very meticulously combed over the vehicle since I was out of state and offered to even facetime with me, I must say I was impressed with what she caught cause she prob had a microscope! She provided any pictures that I requested and responded to ANY inquiries I had in a promptly manner. I decided to make the drive to Roswell with the intent to purchase and unfortunately Kristen was not able to meet me at the dealership, however, the GREAT Anthony Smith took over and did an exceptional job. From the moment I stepped in the dealership, Anthony was extremely gracious with just the right personality to deal with my Father-in-Law and I! LOL – we had a great time. However, MOST importantly, Anthony was very informative of the vehicle and was able to answer ANY questions or concerns that I had. Because we got there one hour before the dealership closed, we ended up staying till past 10pm and Anthony stayed with us every step of the way. I cannot express how much I felt like he really cared about making sure we were comfortable with the process and satisfied completely…more so, BEYOND SATISFIED! Billy Gray also made a cameo during our visit and assisted us in working the coffee machine and entertained us as he assisted us with our title paperwork. Finally, we met with Sean Kashani, our Finance guy – everyone knows this is the make it or break it moment, and he MADE IT HAPPEN! Sean was very personable from the moment we met and took his time in explaining the finance process and went above and beyond to help me secure the payment that I needed. This ENTIRE Team at Roswell INFINITI of North Atlanta provided outstanding service and made my car buying experience flawless. Thank you so much for your top-notch service you guys! 😊 More

ABS recall, lftgate, oil change, new tires, brakes, rotors Everything went well, except the loaner QX80 was filthy inside.
