No customer service! I have used many times before (service center) and always very efficient! This time I drove up in the bay and no one showed up. There was one young I have used many times before (service center) and always very efficient! This time I drove up in the bay and no one showed up. There was one young lady in the office and when I entered she just looked at me; no greeting. I said, "oil change"? She said go into the bldg. and someone will be with you. I spent time looking at the new QX50 model and still no one. Finally, I walked back to my car and another young woman showed up and took my info for the oil change but said if I wanted a wash it would be an hour; they were not that busy! I spent time with Gale Marie looking at new models and received a call saying my car would be ready in about 15 minutes. When I went back my car was done and sitting in front of the service center and once again, no one around. I went into the service waiting room and finally knocked on a man's office door and told him I needed to pay for my oil change. Once again; nobody around! When the girl came I mentioned I had a oil change coupon but I left it home. It was dated for Oct 31st for $29.95 and sent from Roswell Infinity. She said she couldn't do anything about that. Jamie was always so good about looking up coupons for any service I had. If you are going to send coupons to your customers your people should have a way of finding them. The total cost of my oil service was $54.29! I can't help but think this dealership has changed hands because of the poor customer service! I have purchased two FX 35 from you and been coming there since 2003. I know I will not come there for an oil change any more and it has me wondering if I need to look somewhere else for my next car!
