Returning Customer When I was considering buying a new car, I did not consider anything else but Infinity and the Roswell Infinity dealership in particular. During my 9 years of oil changes and regular maintenance Derrick Baker, always took time for a chat. The longtime Service Rep, Mark Crutchfield, was always friendly and even the oil change rep, Mercedes (not sure whether I remember her name correctly) took time to explain the good/bad in a courteous and friendly manner. Roswell Infinity's team has always been #1 on my list. This week I met the award winning Sales Consultant Rushdi "Rusty" Rabia who took the time to ask me questions as to which car I was considering buying. I went home on day 1, not being pressured to buy, considering my choices. Yesterday, Rusty picked my up as I had sold my old car, and took time test driving cars with me - even served me Turkish coffee, yes I loved it! Once I made my choice, "the finance guy" Reggie Johnson was super easy to work with and I did not feel hurried or pressured by Reggie either. What a great team - long story short, I bought a 2019 Q50 ! More
