On 3/12/2024 I was passing through Tucson in a newly purchased 2024 Yukon XL when I experienced a Google maps failure. Amanda and Susan were amazing fixing my problem, showing me how to prevent it from happening again, and walking me through the correct methods of turning on other driver convenience functions that my purchasing dealer totally omitted explaining. Experiencing their level of competence has made me wish I could be a Royal customer when I make my next purchase. More

About a year and a half ago we bought a car from Joe at Royal Lexus. During the transaction we obtained his cell phone number. We have called him to set up service numerous times and had it scheduled with Royal Lexus. During the transaction we obtained his cell phone number.
