Brian Bitzer & Brian Benford we’re amazing along with Scott the manager. Bitzer went above and beyond by researching vehicles for us, taking us out on unlimited test drives, lent us vehicles to try out o Scott the manager. Bitzer went above and beyond by researching vehicles for us, taking us out on unlimited test drives, lent us vehicles to try out overnight. Listened to all our wants and needs. Benford was energetic, friendly, helpful with our babies, gave us insight into the warranty program and helped get us into a vehicle that met 95% of our wants/needs. Both of the Brian’s are amazing!! Bitzer is beyond knowledgeable and we so appreciate his kind demeanor and his patience. No pressure sales, it was like they were our long time friends. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and always seemed to be happy. This is my third vehicle from Royal Automotive and I wish our last purchase was through you instead of O’Rielly Chevrolet. Took my vehicle for a service and Marcos was my advisor. He was amazing. Was really friendly, energetic and knowledgeable and kept me in touch on what was going on with my vehicle.
