New car buying experience Our salesperson, Ryan Lapotosky, was over & above what I ever expected. Changed an unforgetable experience in to a positive. The 1st car we drove off the lot had 3 miles on it, after driving 9 miles the gas line blew off spewing gas all over the road, scaring the heck out of us, I called Ryan and he was there after 8p.m. at night to help us thru this. in less that 15 minutes.I think anybody else would have just referred us to someone else to call, but not Ryan.He made sure we got home safe & took care of everything. The next day he got us in to another vehicle, even better that the one we 1st chose with the same terms we had previously negotiated. We were very please, to say the least. Ryan is my new hero!! Never once did I feel that pressure of buying a vehicle while going over the details. In fact he educated wonderfully the benefits of the warranty and because of that we decided to include them. We’re not going to be in the market for a vehicle for sometime now but I hope when that day comes I can either deal with this young man or someone of his equal caliber. On an afterthought I want to say he also came in to meet us on his day off and we were even running late and he waited for us. That is exceptional service! More
