We were all packed and ready to head back home to Oregon when the fuel filter light went on. Even though the service department was slammed that day, they said they would work us in. Germaine Kendrick what is the service manager that checked us in and said that it could be up to four hours to get our fuel filter replaced. As it turns out between Germaine and the service department we were back on the road in a couple hours. This is the type of “above and beyond”service that you rarely find. As we were leaving, Beth made sure that we had cold bottles of water take with us for our trip. More
