I was visiting my mother in Vegas with my husband because we had a family emergency. On our way back to Tucson my 2016 Chevy Malibu started making a clunking sound. I knew my vehicle needed some servicing th we had a family emergency. On our way back to Tucson my 2016 Chevy Malibu started making a clunking sound. I knew my vehicle needed some servicing that was due and just was to afraid to keep driving it any longer like that after our trip to mom's. Matt Moore the service manager was kind enough to put me in a loaner and gave me a peace of mind. Jennifer my service advisor was wonderful very professional, and kind as well. She was able to give me information of what my vehicle needed and after a few test drives the technician was able to determine what the clunky noise was. After driving my vehicle yesterday it drives alot smoother and I feel a lot safer. I appreciate all the patience, understanding,and compassion that was given and always is given for me and my husband here at Royal Kia. I would like to thank everyone at Royal Kia for making such a stressful situation turn into me having a peace of mind that things will be ok at the end of it all.
