From the moment I called, to the moment I walked through the door I certainly felt valued as a customer. Not enough space to explain loopholes, manipulation, for taking your money. A car worth 20,000 trade-in getting 13,000 charging everything against it. Being offered 2,000 above bluebook value. Tire fee, never heard of that before, and the service stinks. The car i traded still had glass in it from twice you cleaning the car from when it was broke into the day after buying the 2nd kia soul. No one want to do their job right. My insurance paid you for fixing the window. Yes I'm very unsatisfied. More
