I was tired of driving to Carr Chevrolet for an oil change and wasn't impressed with Tonkin Hillsboro Chevrolet service, so I thought I'd give Royal Moore GMC a go. Just a heads up, you are assigned a change and wasn't impressed with Tonkin Hillsboro Chevrolet service, so I thought I'd give Royal Moore GMC a go. Just a heads up, you are assigned a service advisor and if you talk to someone who isn't your service advisor, they stare blankly at you. Wasn't impressed with the customer service / vibe from the service advisor who wasn't assigned to me. Everyone in there should be able to pull up my account regardless of assignment. Other than that vibe, my car got an oil change and inspection and a video showing what was changed or not changed. More

My appointment was at four. I arrived at three to see if I could get in earlier and they said it would be around an hour and 15 minutes, so I said no problem.
