Svc Mgr had a good attitude and was helpful. I would suggest that the workers who do the multi-point inspection should actually check off the items they check on the list and write down comments for any suggest that the workers who do the multi-point inspection should actually check off the items they check on the list and write down comments for anything unusual or worn. My report had one item checked off. It implies that's all they inspected. I heard they added air to the tires which I know were low because I got warnings. But no mention of it in the report! More

Emmylea clearly knew her business. Even though this is my second Crosstrek, she was very helpful in updating me on the new features on my recently purchased vehicle.
