I was satisfied with the customer service and vehicle service. I was shocked at my experience with the Lyft guy who shamelessly hustled me for a tip (which I did NOT give). Sorry that Royal Moore Subaru has a corporate contract with this company. In the future I will plan to stay in the waiting room despite the noisy TV.
