Emily, the sales gal I worked with to buy my 4Runner was absolutely amazing! She greeted my girlfriend and I in the parking lot, walked us around to all the used 4Runners they had, explained the difference absolutely amazing! She greeted my girlfriend and I in the parking lot, walked us around to all the used 4Runners they had, explained the difference in the trim packages, and really helped me find the right vehicle for me. She even stayed two hours after her shift to finish the deal with us. What I’m not happy about is Royal Moore Toyotas service center. I purchased a Certified used vehicle and found out they hadn’t replaced the windshield wipers and that they were multiple panels that I had to pop back in, in the rear. On top of that, I was told I would get a second key fob with the purchase of my car and that they would arrive about the same as the floor mats i ordered. Long story short, I never received a call to let me know they were in, I had to keep calling to get updates on my parts. When they finally arrived, I was told I had to come in and talk to “Mike” who I thought would take care of me but instead he was short with me, tried to tell me I wasn’t getting my second key fob for free (they’re $600) and that I hadn’t paid for floor mats that I had a receipt for… After 30 mins of going back and forth they finally called Emily who explained everything and got me taken care of again. I would buy another car from Emily buy not Royal Moore More
