I do wish the person who arranged my service when I called knew what I meant when I asked for 120000 mile service, or would have referred me to someone who was instead of signing me up for reg length service. Kadin Harrison is the most kind, gracious and helpful employee I’ve encountered since I purchased my Toyota Hybrid in 2013. I’m 71 years old and there was NO water available and few snacks.
