Employees were friendly and courteous. An estimate was provided to install custom fit seat covers that I purchased from Precision Fit. As soon as it was recognized that the covers did not fit they discuss provided to install custom fit seat covers that I purchased from Precision Fit. As soon as it was recognized that the covers did not fit they discussed the issue with me so I could determine if I wanted them to proceed. They assisted me in taking pictures so I can file a claim with Precision Fit. I had them remove the portions of the seat covers that my husband & I had installed.
