But unfortunately we more than likely will not be returning. We had a big service to preform on our vehicle .. like most of use we had to put it on a credit card .. at checkout it charged us a fee for using our cards !!! So in other words we where charged $80 on top of our cost to repair!! This is totally not cool. We accepted the fee because who has a few thousands to slap down with cold cash now a days . More

I bought a preowned certified 2022 Camry. The dealer Royal Moore boasted that the car had passed the 160 pt check, thus now it’s a “CERTIFIED” car. The dealer was surprised that I wanted a second key as it’s missing a key. “Two keys present” was on the Checklist. It’s missing a users manual. Again an item they apparently decided to check off of the checklist missed it. Pre-owned certified cars are for people who want peace of mind. Royal Moore sold me a car that isn’t the buy I thought it was. Sales manager Dave hung up on me for pointing out this deception.. The salesman did his best. The Royal Moore management wears blinders and now with me they’re not even taking my calls. Do not purchase a car from Royal Moore Toyota, There are many Toyota dealerships in the area. Go elsewhere and get your peace of mind. More

Mike got me in right away and had my battery diagnosed and replaced on my 2019 highlander hybrid - very happy with the service. Could not drive into service bay as the hybrid connection was lost but they and replaced on my 2019 highlander hybrid - very happy with the service.
